Kyosho P-51 Mustang ARF .40
O.S. 46FX, 11x8 prop, JR servos,
battery pack, switches, JR 600 receiver.
Landing gear is static.

This is the Kyosho "SQS" Series P-51 ARF. I normally don't like to fly
ARF's but
this Mustang really surprised me. It goes together very fast, like in a few hours,
and
is built very well. It's all wood construction is very light, and the detail is
remarkable.
This is a very complete package which includes the landing gear, wheels, spinner, cockpit
detail, and all hardware to make it fly. All I had to do was install 5 servos,
battery, switch,
receiver, and motor/prop and it was airborne!

It's a small plane, .35-.46 sized, but it flies much better than other .40
sized aircraft I've owned. I used the included static landing gear, but
the kit does include plastic wheel well inserts if you choose to use retracts.
It will take .40 sized mechanical retracts from Hobbico or Great Planes, but
I wanted to see how well it flew before I got into that mess.
