Finally finished!  They call this an ARF kit, but it's
taken me months to complete it.  It's constructed
from an all-foam kit which I covered with fiberglass
cloth and light spackle.  After weeks of sanding and
prep work, I've finally got it painted.

Cockpit detail was kept fairly simple, and was painted
with water-based paints.

It's really tail heavy after adding the engine, so I've
had to add almost 1 pound of weight to the nose to
counter-balance.  I sure hope she flies!

I won't go into detail on what a headache this plane
has been to build, but I will never get another all-foam
airplane kit!

Well, I tried to fly it at our Fun Fly to show off, but it dropped
out of the sky like a brick just after take-off.

I think I'm done with pusher-prop foam planes for
a while.  Especially from a company who was not
very interested in keeping me as a customer after
I asked them for the parts they forgot to ship.
